Tuesday's Children was formed in the aftermath of the terrorist attacks of Tuesday, September 11, 2001. They provide a lifetime of healing for families forever changed by terrorism, military conflict or mass violence. Through a time-tested, long-term approach, Tuesday’s Children programming serves and supports our nation’s military families of the fallen. They keep the promise to support all those impacted by Tuesday, September 11th and its ripple effects. They build resilience and common bonds in communities worldwide recovering from tragedies. PGA HOPE Northern California, Helping Our Patriots Everywhere. Taught by PGA Professionals, PGA HOPE is a free introductory golf program for Military Veterans and Active Duty service members to help them improve their physical, emotional, social and mental health. PGA HOPE can be prescribed through the V.A. as a form of recreational therapy. Being on a golf course gets disabled Veterans out of isolation and helps in their recovery process, and it provides Active Duty service members with a fun form of stress-relief.
